AMATEUR RIDER INFO:
BIKE:MUST FOLLOW GUIDELINES PER CLASS
MECHANICS:ONE MECHANIC WILL BE LET INTO THE STAGING AREA PER RIDER. IF YOU HAVE A 50CC RACER THE MECHANIC WILL BE ALLOWED TO HELP ON THE TRACK.
NO VIDEOING BEHIND THE STARTLINE AFTER THE COMPETITION DIRECTOR MOTIONS YOU TO CLEAR THE AREA.
PIT AREA:YOU WILL PIT OUTSIDE ON 1ST STREET BEHIND THE ARENA. THE ROAD WILL BE BLOCKED OFF AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DRIVE IN, DROP OFF BIKE, TABLE, TOOLBOX, ETC. AND THEN PARK YOUR VEHICLE IN A LOT. IF YOU ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT NEED A CAMPER, PLEASE LEAVE IT AT HOME. AMATEUR RACING STARTS AT 8AM AND IS CONCLUDED AT 4PM.
AMATEUR REGISTRATION:REGISTRATION HOURS ARE 11:00AM - 5:00PM FRIDAY AND 6:00AM - 8:00AM SATURDAY MORNING. SEE SCHEDULE BELOW

MUST HAVE A SERIES FRONT PLATE HEADER ON THE FRONT NUMBER PLATE.
250 CLASS - BLACK BACKGROUND, WHITE NUMBERS
OPEN CLASS - WHITE BACKGROUND, BLACK NUMBER
IF YOU'RE RUNNING BOTH CLASSES ON THE SAME BIKE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHANGE BACKGROUNDS TO MEET THE CLASS REQUIREMENT ABOVE.
MECHANICS:ONE MECHANIC WILL BE LET INTO THE STAGING AREA PER RIDER.
DRESS PROFESSIONALLY. NO BLUE JEANS, COATS, OR HOODIES.
STAND DIRECTLY BESIDE OR BEHIND YOUR RIDER. WATCH THE COMPETITION DIRECTOR FOR HIM TO MOTION YOU TO THE MECHANICS AREA. MOVE PROMPTLY.

PIT AREA:IF YOU COMMIT TO THE SERIES WE WILL PROVIDE YOUR PIT SETUP, IF NOT WE WILL HAVE A SERIES BACKDROP FOR YOU TO PIT IN FRONT OF. AREA MUST BE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL LOOKING, MERCHANDISE MAY BE SOLD AT YOUR PIT SET UP, BUT HAS TO BE APPROVED FIRST.
PRO REGISTRATION:REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 4PM FRIDAY AND 4PM SATURDAY, NO EXCEPTIONS. SEE BELOW WEEKEND SCHEDULE.
Parking and Staging:
There are 4 different lots to park in that we recommend, however there is ample parking all around the arena. Staging and Amateur pits will be behind the arena for Saturday on 1st Street (road will be closed for the duration of the event). You will be able to drive in, drop off bike, table, toolbox etc. and then park your vehicle in a lot. Pros will be able to pit indoors for Friday and Saturday.
Lot 1 (RVs and trailers) - $10/day If parking in this lot, you can pull behind the arena on 1st Street (will be blocked off) and unload your bike/equipment or you can use the designated bike route (east down Jefferson St then south on 1st Street to the back of the arena.
Parking Garage (cars and trucks) - $10/day multi level parking garage located on the corner next to the arena.
City Hall (after 5pm Friday until Sunday at 10PM) - Free. Cars and trucks only.
Double Tree Hotel (for registered guests) - Cars and trucks/trailers for guests staying at Double Tree hotel
